Returns Policy – Vaporizer Hub

This Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which Vaporizer Hub accepts product returns and issues refunds. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms set out in this policy.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in its original, unopened packaging.
  • The return request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the delivery date, as confirmed by tracking.
  • A 5% restocking fee will apply to all approved returns.
  • The customer is responsible for arranging and covering return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products that have been opened or used.
  • Items returned without prior written approval from Vaporizer Hub.
  • Gift cards or gift card purchases.
  • Clearance or final sale items discounted by 25% or more.

Vaporizers Direct Australia reserves the right to reject any return that does not comply with the above conditions.

Returns for Faulty or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged or you believe it may be faulty, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery, or as soon as you notice an issue with the product. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos if applicable.

In most cases, we will first attempt to resolve the issue through troubleshooting or by directing you to the manufacturer’s warranty process. If a return is approved, the device must be thoroughly cleaned and returned with all original accessories.

Please note: Items confirmed as faulty are not subject to the 5% restocking fee.

Do not return any item without prior written approval from our team, as this may delay or void your return eligibility.

Initiating a Return

If your return is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions, including the return shipping address. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, as this may delay processing and void eligibility.

Order Issues and Fulfillment Terms

If you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, you must notify us within a reasonable timeframe. We will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly.

Please note that once your order is fulfilled it cannot be changed or canceled.

Refunds

Refunds will only be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected by our team. You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 1-5 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the funds.
